Working off the baby weight…it’s time!

I am starting a new series on my blog about working off the post pregnancy weight I packed on my last pregnancy. We are not having any more kids so it’s time to get back to the way we were…that’s right 6 pack and all. I used to be skinny but having 5 pregnancies, and 4 babies in under 6 years can really take a toll on a person…well it was either that or all the twix bars I decided to eat 😉

Here’s the deal: Yes I took before you cannot see them…YET. They are too embarrassing but I promise when the weight comes off, I will show them

The number’s aren’t important: Yes I want to loose weight but I don’t want you to feel bad your weight.  I personally want to just fit in my old clothes again and be healthy. I thnk you can be healthy and feel great at lots of sizes, this is just my journey. It doesn’t matter what the scale says, I just want to feel good about myself but the number’s I throw out will give you a good sense of whether or not I am loosing weight or eating twix again.

What about you: I want you to share your stories with me! I would love any comments under these weight loss posts on what your story is, if your trying to loose weight and how it’s going!

So here is the nitty gritty: I gained almost 60 pounds with this last baby. I weigh 168 right now and have lost 32 pounds since Summit was born but I have a long way to go. I would love to get back down to 14o but 130 would be amazing!

The first picture is the day I gave birth…I will never admit to my husband what I weighed at the end, haha! The second picture is the day I got married…all 125 pounds of me.

I plan to post recipes, workout ideas and so much more!
