Who else is with me and trying to eat healthy for 2018?! You have to check out Chef Soraya Eat a Bowls . They are plant-based, high-protein, high-fiber, non-GMO, grab-and-go, just-add-water meals. I’m sure a lot of you can relate, I struggle when I need meals on the go! I am a busy working mom of 4 and if I even get to eat breakfast, I am winning for the day.
These bowls are so tasty, and have so much flavor. The red beans and rice is fantastic!! All you have to do it add hot water, stir, then wait 10 minutes. I would suggest trying out the 6 pack to try out all their flavors. And another thing I love is they only have a few ingredients in each bowl.
