Valentine’s Day is coming up and gone are the days when my husband and I go on romantic dinners. Since we have 4 kids we have to be creative when it comes to Valentines Day and this year I want to make him a special dinner! This year I am making him of of the NEW Knorr One skillet meals! They have a range of delicious meal starters featuring grains like barley, farro, quinoa & whole couscous. Just add Chicken, Beef or even Shrimp and fresh vegetables to create a satisfying main dish that is full of flavor.

I wanted to give this meal a test run to so while I was letting this cook, I went to get ready and boy the smells coming out of my kitchen were divine! These meals are perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices, with no artificial flavors or colors from artificial sources. Knorr One Skillet Meals contain only responsibly sourced, organic grains and whole wheat couscous. So not only am I making a quick and easy meal but it’s also good for the whole family.

Right now at your local Kroger, King Soopers or Ralph’s store, you can save $1.00 on one (1) One Skillet Meal. Offers valid from 2/1-2/28. Make sure when your looking for this product, it is not near the sauces/spices aisle but near the Knorr side products.

This is all I needed for the whole one skillet meal. So easy!

This meal was so easy to make. It took under 30 minutes to make and it was made from scratch. First I breaded the chicken in a little flour which I added a little salt and pepper to. I added to to some olive oil in a hot pan.

After cooking about 4 minutes, I added the rest of the ingredients according to the package except the spinach.

After letting that simmer according to the package, I added the spinach until it wilted then voila!
