*I am a Hamilton Beach ambassador and was given a Toaster Oven to facilitate my recipe.
When we first moved into our new house, I was so excited about the double oven..turns out it was a microwave on top of our oven so I was pretty disappointed. Turns out Hamilton Beach makes a completely affordable option to getting an entire new oven with the Easy Reach™ 4 Slice Toaster Oven. You don’t even know how handy this comes in.
I can toast my kids breakfasts, cook our rolls for dinner when I have our chicken in the oven and today I made a s’more recipe for you. But not just any old s’mores, it’s Peep s’mores cooked in the oven for the whole family! Yes it’s nice to cook s’mores over the campfire but if your like us in Colorado with snow still in the ground, sometimes you have to make do. Plus this makes a whole plate of s’mores at once in under 10 minutes.
First I got my Hamilton Beach Easy Reach™ 4 Slice Toaster Oven and placed it in its new home in my kitchen!
I am in love with the roll top design plus it’s removable for easy clean up. Plus it makes the food easier to access and saves counter space. There is also a crumb tray at the bottom for an even easier cleanup.
Lastly, place rows of peeps on top and cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Your just trying to melt the chocolate and make the peeps golden brown on top so 10 minutes should be all the time you need.

Even though it’s snowing here in Colorado, we re still celebrating Spring and I made this spring cake for my daughters birthday this past weekend. It’s such an easy cake to make and it took no time to throw it together. And now that easter is over, run over to your favorite grocery store or Walmart and grab some easter colored M&M’s since they should be on clearance.

I have been waiting for a product like this! The goodness of milk and the taste of bananas have been combined into a delicious, creamy, and healthy drink that my kids love! It’s called Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk – 2% milk with Bananas or Chocolate Bananamilk – 2% milk with Bananas & Chocolate and my kids are going wild over it. I have a hard time getting my youngest to eat healthy but he loves milk. I am so glad I have this option to give him milk and bananas in one drink.

This recipe is so easy and healthier than normal chocolate chip cookies. I also like to bake mine on a baker’s silicone mat because it ensures that no cookies will stick. If you’re baking these as normal cookies the mat will help. Now I’m going to show you a fun thing to do with these cookies that your kids will love.
If you want a recipe for regular chocolate chip cookies, you can check these out here.
The first time I made these, I used little drinking glasses to bake them in, which made the cookies tall. They were super cute but very hard to get out of the glasses after cooking them when half the cookies fell apart. So bake yours in muffin pans. They are much easier to get out and a smaller version for kids.
Bake them at 350 for 11-15 minutes and let them completely cool in the pan. You want these to stay together. If you take them out too soon they may fall.
Once they are completely cooked, push down the middle. This is where the Sir Bananas™ milk is going to go.
Next, melt some almond bark in the microwave. This works best because it hardens faster than regular chocolate.
Next, paint some of the almond bark inside the the middle of the cookies and let it harden.
Now pour some Sir Bananas™ Bananamilk – 2% milk with Bananas or Chocolate Bananamilk – 2% milk with Bananas & Chocolate in the inside of the cookies and enjoy!
I was given some samples of this yogurt for my recipe, but all opinions are my own.
My sister gave me this recipe years ago and it’s my go to snack/dessert option and I decided to kick it up a little with the addition of Noosa Yoghurt. If you have never heard or tried this yoghurt, you are missing out. Plus it’s made right here in Colorado so that makes me doubly love it.
It tastes better than ice cream and they come in some pretty fantastic flavors. The pumpkin is incredible. That is one I won’t even share with my friends when I buy it. It’s that good. My kids even love it too. It’s actually one of the few foods my youngest will actually eat and ask for. They prefer the honey to the other flavors but I like them all.
What makes this yoghurt any different or special from the others? Well Noosa is made from farm-fresh whole milk, sweet honey, and purée made with real fruit. It’s naturally gluten-free and contains lots of beneficial probiotics.
I live in Colorado and have found it at Safeway, King Soopers, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. My sister lives in Louisiana and she said she found it at her local grocery store too so just look in the yoghurt section.
Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let any of this precious yoghurt go to waste. I can be accused of getting every last drop of it out.
The only hard thing is adding the milk. You don’t want it to be so thick you can’t stir it. I can milk until I can easily stir it. Start out with 1/4 cup and go from there.
You can spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. The only reason I line mine with paper is you can take the entire thing out and cut it for easy serving.
Oh and it doesn’t hurt to add some powdered sugar on top. You don’t have to but life is short, add the sugar.
Cut into squares and enjoy. These bars are so good but once you taste this yoghurt, you will see why I rave about it. It’s good on its own.
